Start/End use YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM (24-hour). Location, Type, and
Description are optional — Type defaults to "Other" when blank, and Location is
created automatically if it doesn't already exist. The Entity must already exist.
Export Events PDF
Generates a PDF list of events in a date range — for a whole semester, or any custom range — optionally filtered to one event type. (Anyone can also do this from the calendar's own toolbar — no admin login needed.)

Paste one name per line (e.g. from a club list) — each is created with the type below and a random temporary password, same as creating one individually. Names that already exist are skipped, not treated as an error.

Kiosk View
Opens the read-only, auto-scrolling display view (/display.html) meant for a lobby TV or hallway screen, in a new tab.
Notifications
Where feedback/bug reports submitted via the public Feedback button get emailed. Leave blank to disable email notifications — submissions are always saved either way, visible under Roadmap.

Submitted via the public Feedback button on every page. Delete an item once you've reviewed or acted on it.

About This App
Campus Events is the official event discovery platform for the College of Idaho. It allows students to browse upcoming events from clubs, departments, and offices across campus, find organizations they're interested in, and stay up-to-date with everything happening on campus—all in one place.
How to Use
- Campus Events – View the weekly event calendar. Use the navigation arrows to browse past and future weeks. Click any event block to see full details including the event location.
- Entities – Browse all registered clubs, departments, and offices. Search by name or filter by type using the filter bar. Click any entity tile to log in and post new events on its behalf. After logging in you can also change the entity's password.
- Admin – Admin-only area. The College of Idaho Admin can create new entities (with a default password), post events for any entity, and manage existing content.
